Full Service:
Filing insurance, posting payments from insurance and patients, claim follow up, patient statements, and monthly reports upon request. Reimbursement for all postage. For any claims prior to the start up date with TerMar Billing, Inc., there is an additional 2% fee added.

Insurance Filing Only:
Filing insurance claims either paper or electronically. Hourly or percentage includes claim follow up. Monthly reports upon request. Postage included. Claims prior to the start up date with TerMar Billing, Inc., there is an additional 2% fee added.

Patient Statements:
Monthly statements generated using information provided. Monthly reports upon request. Postage included.
